Heating Instructions

Standard Size Pie

(Instructions for a pie or pastie from the fridge)

1. Remove all packaging from pie or pastie.
2. Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius.
3. Place product for heating on baking tray and place in oven.
4. Warm for 25- 30 minutes. Pastry will become crisp and golden and absolutely delicious.

In a fan forced oven preheat to 150 degrees Celsius and warm for 20-25 minutes. Core temperature should be greater than 65 degrees Celsius.

Party Pies

1. Remove Party Pies from all there packaging and place on baking tray with room for heat to circulate.
2. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
3. Warm in oven for 20-25 minutes.
4. Remove and serve, perfect around 65 degrees.

 

Family Pie

(Instructions for a Family Pie are from the fridge NOT from frozen, please thaw before heating for the best results)

1. Remove all packaging from the Family Pie. (You can leave a Family Pie in a foil tray to heat)
2. Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius.
3. Place Family Pie on baking tray and place in oven.
4. Warm for 50-55 minutes. Pastry will become crisp and golden and delicious.

In a fan forced oven preheat to 150 degrees Celsius and warm for 35-40 minutes.

To speed up the heating of the Family Pies remove all packaging including foil tray, microwave for 2 minutes on high, place family pie back on foil tray and warm in oven for 25-30 minutes.
